FIRST CHAIR · PRIVATE CAREER WORKSPACE
Using this workspace
Updated September 21, 2026
First Chair organizes dental hygiene job research, temp opportunities, and application preparation for two authorized users. It is not an employer, staffing agency, licensing authority, payroll provider, or booking service. These information pages do not grant access to the private workspace.
Review before acting
Check each opening, credential requirement, schedule, compensation term, and cancellation policy with the original employer or platform. Imported details can be incomplete or outdated; missing information remains unknown. Confirm extracted résumé facts before using them, and review drafts before sending them.
Opening a listing does not submit an application or reserve a shift. The app does not submit applications, request or cancel shifts, or send employer messages on your behalf. A status recorded here does not change an application or booking on another platform. Users remain responsible for those actions and for the accuracy of information they provide.
Licensure and estimates
Pending licensure is not permission to perform clinical work. Confirm active credentials and applicable requirements through the official authorities and booking platform. Transit durations and gross-pay calculations are estimates. Travel conditions, paid hours, and final payments can change; a missing hourly rate or paid-hours figure cannot establish guaranteed earnings.
Optional email and AI
Once separately connected and enabled, the Gmail daily digest sends workspace updates to the two authorized users. It uses send-only permission and does not read their inboxes. A successful send response means Google accepted the message for delivery, not that either inbox received it. Disable the digest in the profile or revoke the connection through the Google account to stop future sending.
Optional AI processing requires setup and approval for each paid request. Its output is assistance for review, not a guarantee of accuracy or a substitute for checking an original source. AI must not be used to invent qualifications, availability, or permission to work.
External services and spending
Each paid operation requires the spending owner's approval. Application controls use a $50 monthly ceiling and pause additional discretionary paid processing at $45. Estimated reservations and application limits do not replace provider billing statements or control unrelated activity in a provider account. New charges or subscriptions require the owner's approval.
External providers operate under their own terms and may change availability, prices, or requirements. Google Maps features are governed by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Use of job websites and staffing platforms is governed by their respective terms.
Access and data
Only the two authorized users may use the workspace. Keep access credentials private. The workspace owner manages access, data exports, retention, and removal; authorized users can contact the owner through their existing private communication channel. The privacy information explains provider data use, email controls, and the retention of protected backup copies.
